La Thalassothérapie : La Kinesitherapie
|
Therapy by movement. A global approach to disorders. Passive and active movement to restore suppleness and agility to muscles and painful joints.
Massage
Different therapeutic massage techniques provide the patient with a stimulating or soothing effect depending on the force and strength of the movement, which provides calm and relief of pain and the sensation of deep wellbeing. A good massage relaxes and fortifies muscles and helps to eliminate toxins.
Individual re-education in the gym
Performed by a kinesitherapist, re-education improves movement, reinforces muscle tone and works on proprioception.

Individual re-education in the pool
The kinesitherapist guides the patient through active and passive movements which are made easier by floating in the water.
The leg pool
Alternating gym movements for the legs in warm seawater and walks through cold seawater. Stimulates the vasomotor mechanism.
Group kine-balneotherapy
Active movement techniques using the physical properties of seawater, on buoyancy or hydrodynamic resistance.
